Delivery Problems
Why can't I use Supermarket Pickup?
- Possible reasons are:
- Some items in your shopping cart (refrigerated items, some ants) are not available for supermarket pickup and payment.
- You have chosen to ship to a country other than Taiwan
- If you are unable to select the overdraft option for any reason other than the above, please contact us to confirm the reason!
Can live ants be picked up by supermarkets?
- Yes, only a few ant species do not provide override service.
- If your pet ants are injured or die when you receive the package, we will unconditionally send you a replacement set of ants if the package is shipped by Black Cat Home Delivery, but not if the package arrives at the store.
Can I ship my product overseas?
- Yes, we offer international shipping services.
- Only commodities that require refrigeration (e.g. liquid feeds) and live commodities (e.g. live ants) cannot be sent abroad.
After-sales service
- We provide perfect after-sales service. Please make a video of the whole process of opening the package to record the health status of the product and pet ants. If there is any situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
What should I do if I have a problem with feeding?
- We provide permanent after-sales service, any feeding problems, product use problems are unlimited to ask to the saturation, feeding problems as much as possible to ask us, do not have to be afraid not to raise!
What if I don't want to keep it?
- Ant Trappers provides ants return home service. If you are too busy with your life and studies to keep ants, you can bring the ants back to us and we will take over the care of the ants!
- Do not release ants into the wild! Even for Taiwanese species, released ants cannot adapt to the wild environment and usually cannot survive, which may affect the local ecological balance.
